The Video Specialist role at PragerU is a dynamic, fast-paced position for a highly self-driven individual who thrives under pressure.

Able to work directly with multiple creative leads and managers to discuss and implement editorial notes.
Imperative to be able to communicate, prioritize, and self-manage.
Organized and able to follow SOP's, learn show and brand standards, and implement notes.

This individual must be a well-rounded expert-capable in post-production and on set-able to juggle multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and deliver high-quality content on tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will bring an eagerness to explore and leverage the latest AI tools and has a genuine passion for kids content and storytelling.
Possesses a strong understanding of outdoor & indoor lighting.
Traveling may be required on a frequent basis.

Able to juggle a variety of concurrent projects in different phases with competing priorities.
Flexible and able to "roll with the punches" within an ever-changing game plan.

Quick to learn new processes, procedures, and technologies related to the job.

The salary target for this role is $75,000 - $95,000+.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
