- Experience building and operating a revenue-generating application or service
- Experience developing sof t war e within an Agile framework and DevSecOps infrastructure as part of a CI / CD pipeline
Requirements
- If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
- You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.
- If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
- 5+ years of experience with sof t war e engineering using low-level system languages such as Rus t, C, C++, or Go and high-level scripting languages such as Python or Bash
- Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and practices, such as Spec Driven Development, code copilots, agentic harnesses, and automated tests to increase delivery velocity responsibly
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 5+ years of experience in sof t war e development, or 7+ years of experience in sof t war e development in lieu of a degree
- Experience with code quality and static analysis tools such as SonarQube, Clippy, cargo-deny, or cargo-audit
Compensation
- The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
- The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
