About the role
- Work closely with IT and other business units to execute new technology and functionality implementations.
- Identify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies and data integrity.
- Providing solutions in accordance with industry best practices and company policy.
Responsibilities

- Create and maintain technical and process documentation
- Support projects and other initiatives from a technology perspective that impact the Rev Ops department.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Products
- Knowledge of agile methodology and product development models.

Skills

Compensation
- For Ontario-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is CAD 69,600 to CAD 95,700 annually.
