  • Partner with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times while maintaining strict adherence to brand standards and evolving platform best practices.

  • Team-oriented yet independent, leveraging a data-driven mindset to test, optimize, and improve content performance.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of video editing experience in fast-paced environments such as agency, D2C, or eCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of content formats and performance dynamics across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta platforms.
  • Ability to edit with a focus on storytelling and marketing outcomes, including CTR, engagement, and ROAS.
  • Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
