About the role
- Overview Board Operators are responsible for maintaining the quality of our on-air shows.
- Load, schedule, and mManage on-air programming content within the WideOrbit automation system,, including retrieving files via WideOrbit Audio Finder, FTP sites, websites, and other digital delivery methods.
- Review audio content for technical accuracy, sound quality, and adherence to station and client specifications prior to airing.
Responsibilities
- May be asked to screen live listener phone calls Produce Support live or and recorded broadcast programs Editing programs from local clients/churches as well as station initiatives and programs.
Requirements
- Qualifications Must have a foundational understanding of audio production and broadcast systems.
- Must be familiar with Wide Orbit automation system and the FileZilla FTP softwaresite preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Adobe Audition Must possess vocal clarity and clear diction.
- The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
