  • Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing our Oracle Application finance platforms (focusing on Order to Cash).

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven automation workflows (such as optical character recognition/document intelligence and automated approval flows) within the Order to Cash ecosystems to scale processing capabilities.
  • Utilize generative AI tools (such as Anthropic Claude via AWS Bedrock) to accelerate the creation of functional specifications, system configurations, mapping logic, and technical design briefs.
  • Leverage developer co-pilots and diagnostic systems (such as Amazon Q) to accelerate database troubleshooting, optimize SQL schemas, and streamline data extractions.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating potentially ambiguous requests into scalable ERP architectures.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle ERP software and processes based on evolving business needs (specifically Billing, Revenue, Cash applications, and Collections).
  • Design and deploy custom solutions leveraging Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud, translating business solutions into scalable, maintainable technical layouts.
  • Drive complete testing lifecycles-including planning, writing test scenarios, and executing Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Own and optimize production support, diagnosing complex system anomalies, driving key month-end close support activities, and mentoring junior systems analysts on operational standards.
  • Create, curate, and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Lead project deliverables and coordinate with external contractors, ensuring on-time, high-quality releases.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP applications, including experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud components (Customer, Billing, Revenue, Cash applications, and Collections).
  • Solid technical proficiency in database querying tools (such as SQL and TOAD) for troubleshooting, database diagnostics, and data extractions.
  • Proven experience in project management, lifecycle planning, and leading multi-disciplinary project squads.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a proven ability to present technical architectures and business processes clearly to both end-users and leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-assisted software diagnostics and automated regression testing tools to streamline the ERP upgrade lifecycle.
  • Experience integrating Oracle applications with third-party billing systems or custom external middleware applications.
  • Master's degree in a technical or business discipline.

Compensation

  • The compensation for this position ranges from $98,250.00 - $204,375.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the
