Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
- Working knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) through training, coursework, or on-the-job experience
- Familiarity with advanced metrology tools and workflows (e.g., laser scanners, CMMs, portable arms) and an interest in deepening expertise
Nice to have
- Experience with fabrication processes (machining, molding, casting, composites, welding, or similar)
- Basic data analysis and statistics familiarity (e.g., gage R&R, SPC, DOE)
- Experience operating CMMs and/or portable measurement arms (e.g., Romer/FARO) is a plus

- $30k-$38k
