About the role

Responsibilities
- Overview Intelligent Waves is seeking a Systems Administrator to support mission-critical operations for our government customers at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.
- As part of the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team, you will provide day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of a large-scale enterprise Big Data environment.
- You will also maintain technical documentation, ensure compliance with DoD and U.S. Air Force standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused IT support.
- Customer & Technical Support Deliver end-to-end IT support while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Administer and support servers, storage systems, workstations, peripherals, communications devices, and software.
- System Administration & Maintenance Install, configure, harden, test, maintain, and troubleshoot system changes and updates.
- Documentation & Compliance Create and maintain technical documentation, including system changes, issue resolution, and status updates.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- Up to 50% travel may be required based on mission requirements, including contingency and surge operations.
Compensation
- $33k-$115k
