Participate in the design of seasonal flight schedule (summer and winter) in collaboration with the Network Development teams
Update and maintain flight schedules in a scheduling tool (e.g., NetLine)
Plan and manage updates to codeshare and interline schedule
Collaborate closely with operations teams to integrate operational constraints (aircraft, crew, maintenance, airport)
Validate operational feasibility and optimize short-term scheduling (rotations, block times, connections, overall performance)
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Strong ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

Relevant degree in air transport management, logistics, business administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the airline industry (planning, scheduling or airline operations)
Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and comfort with collaborative digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot)
Good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders in Quebec and internationally.
