About the role

- This role is ideal for someone who excels at client partnership, project leadership, and delivers high-quality work in a dynamic agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key client partner for global publication initiatives
- Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure excellence in delivery
- Collaborate closely with scientific, editorial, and creative teams to produce accurate, compelling scientific communications
- Support development and implementation of strategic publication plans aligned to clinical milestones

Requirements
- Proven experience managing manuscripts and congress deliverables
Nice to have
- About Nucleus Global
- Bachelor's degree required (life sciences preferred
- advanced degree a plus)
- Familiarity with publication management systems (e.g., iEnvision and Veeva) a plus
Compensation
- $75,000 - $94,000 USD
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
