Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, finance, real estate or related field.
- Knowledge/ Skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and exercise initiative and sound judgment in handling work assignments.
- Computer proficiency required in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Learn and apply Agency guidelines to identify required documentation within mortgage loan packages.
- ensure all required documents have been submitted.
- Maintain accurate electronic loan records by tracking receipt of required documentation and updating file statuses within internal Agency systems.
- Employee is required to work at the Harrisburg, PA office during scheduled business hours.
