Responsibilities
- Perform personal care activities related to daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, skin care, etc.)
- Thrive in a supportive environment with clear expectations, reasonable caseloads, and on-call support.
- You'll collaborate closely with a dedicated RN Case Manager, performing personal care activities and advancing your skills through structured training.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (required)
- 12 months of caregiving experience in Home Care, Assisted Living/Memory Care, Skilled Nursing/Nursing Home, Hospital or Hospice (required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of professional boundaries
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Valid Auto Insurance (required)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication (written, verbal, and active listening)
- Problem-solving skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to work in an electronic medical record system
- Good understanding of body mechanics
Nice to have
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
