About the role
- We're seeking a Seasonal Construction Laborer to join our Otsego, MN based Construction team.
- As a Field Tech, you'll work as part of a crew performing physical installation tasks under the direction of foremen and superintendents.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on labor tasks including native seeding, planting, erosion control installation, and site cleanup.
- Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all safety procedures.
- Willingness to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Requirements
- Travel to project sites as required, including some overnight stays.
