About the role
- Vancouver Clinic is hiring an RN Clinical Quality Coordinator to join our Medical Affairs team.
- This requires an employee to live in the local Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR area and have a secure home network wi th mini m um u pload (5 m bps ) and downloa d sp eeds ( 25 m bps ).
- Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will support quality management, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement activities across the organization.
Requirements
- Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi - state licensure required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical RN position required.
- The ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas is an essential function of all positions at the Clinic.

Nice to have

Compensation
- $98,601.00 - $147,902.00
- Compensation packages and time off programs vary and are dependent on factors such as department, position type, primary work state and FTE.
- Hiring range generally between $100,573.00 to $124,668.00 annually, with placement within the range based on relevant experience.
