Responsibilities
- Self-manage, schedule and perform visits based on assigned patient base
- Whether through direct hire, contract, or temp-to-hire placements, we connect candidates with environments where they can perform and organizations with people who actually move the needle.

Skills
- Graduate of an accredited school with at least one (1) year of nursing experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in home health, hospice & skilled nursing, but not required)
- Ability to autonomously with little supervision
- Must have an Arizona license in good standing and a Driver's License.
- Reliable Transportation, current CPR or BLS Card

- As a home health nurse, you'll work one-on-one with your patients in the comfort of their homes.

- Completing an initial home health assessment of patient and family to determine home care needs.
- Providing health care instructions to the patient as appropriate per assessment and plan of care.
