About the role

Operations Interns will be given almost as much responsibility as a regular employee.
If hired, you will work in a fast paced environment where everyone is working towards the common goal of revolutionizing transportation.
Corporate Affairs (Vegas Only): Conduct research on a wide range of business and legal issues.

Support project development by identifying, tracking and pursuing project leads, assist with the preparation of proposals and marketing materials.
First-hand experience analyzing supplier and spend data, communicating with suppliers, purchasing direct and/or indirect goods or services, and support of various projects like creating and implementing new processes.
Facilitate invoice processing, daily reconciliation of transactions, and monthly close process (Accounting) and support budget tracking and management and perform spend analysis to generate useful insights (Finance)

Conduct research on a wide range of business and legal issues.
Support the deal-making process from start to finish, e.g., from structuring the business model to negotiating the contract Basic Qualifications Completed or pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
Preferred Skills and Experience Experience in engineering, logistics, construction, real estate, or business development.
Experience supporting a team in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Ability to act urgently and communicate often and clearly.
Initiative in resolving problems and an independent worker, with enthusiasm and an energetic approach to work.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously.

Superior organizational skills including excellent written and verbal communication.
