Responsibilities

  • You will empower frontline workers, ensure on-time, accurate deliveries, and drive process improvements in safety, productivity, and order quality.
  • You will achieve operational excellence and a positive work environment by focusing on driving operational efficiency and metrics, building a strong people-first culture, and fostering a commitment to Safety.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills (oral, written - fluent in English), strong interpersonal skills, and strong basic math skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality, and able to flourish in a fast- paced environment.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work overtime, and/or weekends if needed.
  • Communicate job expectations and coach/counsel direct reports.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years' experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
  • Previous supervisor experience preferred.
