About the role

This position is responsible for leading the operational execution of our AV and Structured Cabling solutions.

Own end-to-end performance across all AV and Structured Cabling projects including schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.
Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Engineers across AV and Structured Cabling.
Own short-term P&L performance, driving achievement of revenue, gross margin and labor efficiency targets.
Establish and maintain scalable processes across Engineering and Project Management, from project handoff through closeout.
Support complex bids and design-build opportunities validating project approach, risk, constructability, and resource requirements.
Familiarity with building safety standards and regulations.
