About the role

Our Warehouse team members are responsible for receiving materials in the warehouse, loading trucks, and processing inventory.
This position will also serve as a key resource for inventory accuracy initiatives, including cycle counting activities, inventory investigations, and assisting with the planning and execution of annual physical inventories.
Richards stocks a comprehensive line of products such as residential and commercial roofing, siding, windows, decking, soffit, doors, molding, rainware, cabinets, and more!

Must be able to continually lift 50-100 lbs. of material throughout the day.
Some lifting over 100 lbs. will be required.
Must have a clean driving record
High School degree or GED.
Ability to stand, bend, twist, through complete shift.
Adhering to all safety policies, including wearing safety harness and other required equipment.
Experience assisting with physical inventory counts and inventory reconciliation.
Forklift experience desired.
Ability to communicate with co-workers, vendors, and customers (verbal and written)
Positive attitude and team player.
Work Monday through Friday and opportunity for overtime during the busy season.
Ability to accurately analyze inventory discrepancies and perform basic inventory reporting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy.

Previous inventory control, cycle counting, or inventory management experience preferred.
Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software preferred.

20 PAID DAYS OFF (includes PTO, Holidays and Family Focused Company Closure between Christmas and New Years).

Flexible work/life balanced hours, home every night and typical schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
