About the role
- This individual will play a key role in designing scalable data solutions, enabling predictive analytics capabilities, and ensuring secure, efficient access to enterprise data across classified and unclassified environments.
- This is a full-time position requiring on-site work four days a week at a client's office in Washington, D.C. An active Top-Secret clearance is mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain enterprise logical and physical data models supporting large-scale analytics platforms.
- Architect and optimize data warehouse solutions using AWS cloud technologies such as Redshift and related services.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, Apache Airflow, and related orchestration tools.
- Collaborate with development and analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical data architecture solutions.
- Support enterprise analytics platforms including Business Intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy and ThoughtSpot.
- Ensure data architectures support advanced analytics and predictive modeling initiatives.
- Develop strategies to improve data quality, performance, scalability, and accessibility across the data ecosystem.
- Support system integration activities and maintain interfaces across multiple FBI enterprise systems.
- Assist with architecture design supporting both classified and unclassified environments.
- Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design discussions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data platform design.
- Experience working with HR or human capital data systems such as PeopleSoft or similar platforms.
Skills
- Extensive experience with data warehousing architectures and enterprise data modeling.
- Strong experience with SQL and large-scale relational databases.
- Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly Redshift or similar data warehouse technologies.
- Experience designing and managing ETL / ELT pipelines using tools such as Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, or similar technologies.
- Experience integrating data across multiple enterprise systems and APIs.
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as MicroStrategy, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and access control models.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical data solutions.
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Desired Skills/Experience:
- Experience supporting federal government enterprise analytics platforms.
