About the role
- The position does require occasional travel to other clinics for staffing needs.
- This position is part time, working hours between Monday-Friday 8a-5p
- Prepares patients for provider evaluation, including specimen collection, positioning, and assistance during exams and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provides practical nursing support under the direction of a physician or advanced practice provider in a clinic setting.

- Performs patient assessments, including vital signs, chief complaint, and medication reconciliation.
Requirements
- Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.
- Incumbents may be required to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Commonwealth of Virginia required.
- Limited Radiologic Technician license required for roles performing radiology functions.
- Current AHA BLS-HCP certification required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing required, or a new graduate of an approved program eligible to sit for the Virginia licensure exam.
- Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Commonwealth of Virginia required.
- Life Support: Current AHA BLS-HCP certification required.

Compensation
- $21.61 - $30.25 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
