About the role
- Correspond daily with DG Supervisors and planners to ensure all site-level KPIs are on track and provide first hand feedback on how the site is performing.
- Assist in response to delivery, store sweep, and backhaul load status requests and ensure carriers are updating DG systems appropriately.
- Audit weekly on-time results and communicate directly with stores to resolve discrepancies between carrier reported results and store recognition of delivery.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Dollar General TMS as the official system of record for all outbound loads executed at their Distribution Center to include adding/modifying/cancelling outbound store deliveries, store sweeps, vendor pick-ups, dunnage sweeps or carrier tender adjustments.
