- As a Site Safety Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting safety initiatives on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and fostering a safe working environment for all personnel.
- This role is expected to promote to a Site Safety Manager in 6-12 months.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and enforcement of site safety plans and programs in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Document incidents, near-misses, and safety observations; assist with investigation processes to determine root causes.
- Maintain accurate safety records, including permits, logs, tool inspections, and safety meeting minutes.
- Ability to conduct safety inspections, document findings, and support corrective actions.
Nice to have
- OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification.
