- In this role, you'll contribute to the day-to-day operations of the ML Platform team, ensuring the smooth functioning of existing systems while driving improvements.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business partners, to solve complex distributed systems and business challenges at scale.
- Your coding and design skills are exceptional. While Python and Golang are our primary tools, your overall engineering expertise and problem-solving abilities matter most.
- You excel at thinking globally, developing solutions that address multiple needs while prioritizing business impact.
- Your strong cross-functional communication skills enable you to simplify complex challenges and collaborate effectively with business partners to drive solutions forward.

- You have a proven track record of building scalable, distributed production systems.
- Your coding and design skills are exceptional.
Requirements
- You bring 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on data, ML, or AI infrastructure.
- You have hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud-based providers.
Compensation
- $136,000 - $167,000 USD
- This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity.
- The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas.
