About the role

In this role, you'll contribute to the day-to-day operations of the ML Platform team, ensuring the smooth functioning of existing systems while driving improvements.
With significant autonomy, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of ML and AI at Stitch Fix.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business partners, to solve complex distributed systems and business challenges at scale.
Your coding and design skills are exceptional. While Python and Golang are our primary tools, your overall engineering expertise and problem-solving abilities matter most.
You excel at thinking globally, developing solutions that address multiple needs while prioritizing business impact.
Your strong cross-functional communication skills enable you to simplify complex challenges and collaborate effectively with business partners to drive solutions forward.
You have a proven track record of building scalable, distributed production systems.
Your coding and design skills are exceptional.

Requirements

You bring 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on data, ML, or AI infrastructure.
You have hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud-based providers.

Compensation

$136,000 - $167,000 USD
