Support the Global Partnerships department in all new business initiatives to expand the company's portfolio.
Develop and support the execution of revenue generation strategies and go-to-market plans for partnership opportunities across new, IP, experiences, media, projects, and programs.
Collaborate with the Partner Solutions team and internal stakeholders to create compelling storytelling and go-to-market materials for new projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams including Partnership Marketing, Partnership Development, Marketing, CapEx, Corporate Development, Products & Experiences, Levy, Finance, Operations, Ticketing, Data Analytics & Insights, Brooklyn Media, NY Liberty, Brooklyn Nets, Community, and Communications.
Lead the day-to-day onboarding process for new projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track partnerships progress of various workstreams for new projects.
Collaborate with various functional teams, ensure all members are meeting deliverables for partnership department's needs, and resolve all issues related to new asset onboarding.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of available rights, category exclusivities, and designations across various to avoid conflicts and maximize revenue potential.

Highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, with a strong ability to ask the right questions.

$108,000 - $130,000 base salary
401k Employer Match at 4%

This role is based in our corporate headquarters in Brooklyn and requires flexibility to support projects that may occur in the evenings, weekends, or holidays. May be required to travel on rare occasion
