- The Facilities Custodian is a vital member of our team who ensures that our facility is maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
- You will be facilitating the day-to-day upkeep of our distribution center to ensure a safe and clean environment for all associates so that our operations run smoothly.
Nice to have
- Ensures the Distribution/Crossdock operations areas are maintained to company cleanliness standards with minimal supervision
- Uses Power equipment which consists of walk-behind scrubbers, power scrubber/polisher, Wet/Dry vacuum cleaners, portable as well as stationary power pressure washer
- Ensures equipment is cleaned and stored properly following use
- Requisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
- Empties wastebaskets and trash/recycling bins in the kitchen and office areas and transports waste to the disposal area
- Replenishes bathroom supplies such as
- paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, hand sanitizer, air freshener, etc.
- Rotates through different departments, as necessary, to meet the demands of the business
