About the role

- We are seeking a Carrier Rate Negotiation Specialist - US/EU to advise ShipLion on carrier contract negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement negotiation strategies to secure favorable contract terms for ShipLion clients.
- Collaborate with the ShipLion team to optimize the service offering and enhance client satisfaction.
- We develop comprehensive negotiation strategies that encompass potential business expansion, package profiling, and sensitivity towards long-standing client-rep relationships.
Requirements
- Proven background working at a carrier with in-depth knowledge of their rate structures and negotiation practices.
- Significant experience in carrier rate negotiation within the US / EU market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Deep understanding of US/EU carrier rate structures, contract terms, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes.
