About the role
- Asset Management focuses on asset strategy, business plan development and execution, investment performance, investment decision analysis, lease analysis, redevelopment management, and refinancing/disposition analysis within the operating portfolio.
- This role can sit in either Los Angeles or San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support to assist with the asset management function of existing, including quarterly valuations, cash management, hold/sell analyses, and other ad hoc sensitivity analyses
- coordinate with investment partners and participate in meetings with internal teams as well third-party consultants, such as architects, engineers, and marketing agencies, in furtherance of the asset's business plan.
- Analyze and manage tracking of various ongoing capital projects in coordination with design & construction teams and property management.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytically rigorous Real Estate or Finance environment
- The ability to work effectively with both peers and senior executives in a highly entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment
- This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role.
- Evident passion for real estate and desire to build a career on the principal side
- Strong creative problem-solving skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, ARGUS Enterprise, and financial modeling
- Unwavering attention to detail
Compensation
- Annual budgeting and reforecasting in coordination with property management, design & construction, leasing and accounting teams.
