About the role

  • Ideal candidates bring a consulting mindset, strong facilitation and synthesis skills, and the ability to operate across a broad remit-supporting both program and delivery management needs in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to design and implement future-state operating models, translating strategic intent into actionable changes across processes, technology, organizational structures, and skills.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program and/or delivery plans, tracking key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across all workstreams and partners.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses of program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities (strategic & operational).
  • Own risk, issue registers, and decision logs, ensuring timely escalation, mitigation planning, and ownership assignment.
  • Support scope clarity and partner governance by translating ambiguous objectives into objective deliverables, acceptance criteria, and gate-based milestones.
  • Develop tools and models to improve forecasting, capacity planning, and portfolio-level oversight.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Project Management, Operations, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in program/project analysis or management consulting, preferably in cross-functional, dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with a strategic, consulting-oriented approach
  • Experience operating within governance rhythms (cadences, logs, trackers), supporting cross-team alignment and delivery..

Nice to have

  • Certification in project/program management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, MSP) or Agile delivery frameworks
  • scope governance and acceptance criteria is a plus.

Compensation

  • $190,000 - $200,000 plus Annual Performance Bonus
  • The annual base salary range represents our good faith estimate of the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
