Responsibilities
- Process Forward Salesforce Engineers are the core of how we deliver.
- There's no separate analyst to gather requirements, no separate trainer to run enablement, no separate developer to build what you've scoped.
- You build the solution because you understand what the client actually needs.
- Maybe you're a consultant who wants to get closer to the build.
Requirements
- 5+ years delivering Salesforce solutions end-to-end, from requirements through go-live
- Experience leading client-facing discovery, requirements gathering, and stakeholder workshops
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein, or Salesforce AI products
- Prompt engineering or LLM application experience
- 5+ Salesforce certifications
- Experience delivering end-user training and change management
