About the role
- We're seeking a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in fab2's growth.
- As the company scales, our recruiting function must scale alongside it.
- This role offers significant ownership and impact from day one, with potential growth into a leadership role as our team expands.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruiting life cycle for deeply technical engineering roles in a fast-paced startup environment
- Maintain our bar for passion and curiosity to ensure we scale our positive and maker culture
- Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to define hiring criteria, calibrate roles, and make confident, informed hiring decisions
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to partner with senior leadership and influence hiring decisions
Requirements
- 3 years of experience sourcing and closing candidates for highly technical engineering roles (e.g., hardware, software, semiconductor, or related fields)
- Required Experience

- Prior experience working in a Startup
- Prior experience with Ashby and Notion

- fab2 is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
- The annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - $160,000.
- Compensation is determined based on your qualifications and experience.
- Our total compensation package also includes generous equity in fab2.
