About the role

We're seeking a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in fab2's growth.
As the company scales, our recruiting function must scale alongside it.
This role offers significant ownership and impact from day one, with potential growth into a leadership role as our team expands.

Lead the full recruiting life cycle for deeply technical engineering roles in a fast-paced startup environment
Maintain our bar for passion and curiosity to ensure we scale our positive and maker culture
Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to define hiring criteria, calibrate roles, and make confident, informed hiring decisions
Demonstrated ability to independently manage full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
Strong ability to partner with senior leadership and influence hiring decisions

3 years of experience sourcing and closing candidates for highly technical engineering roles (e.g., hardware, software, semiconductor, or related fields)
Required Experience

Prior experience working in a Startup
Prior experience with Ashby and Notion
