About the role

Additionally, you will need experience in managing control systems like Crestron, Extron, or Q-SYS, and expert-level administration of Microsoft Teams Rooms for Unified Communications (UC) & Hybrid Tech.
When technical issues arise, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and coordinating with facility IT around AV issues.

Your expertise in specialized hardware maintenance and calibration of LED Video Walls will be crucial, as well as your ability to set up and troubleshoot immersive audio systems.
Overall, this role requires a candidate with a strong background in signal distribution, networking, and hardware integration, as well as experience in managing AV systems and troubleshooting technical issues.
Bachelor's Degree

Certifications in AV-over-IP Protocols or related networking protocols
Experience with managing large-scale AV installations in corporate environments
Training in troubleshooting and maintenance of specialized hardware like LED Video Walls
Experience with managing and supporting UCaaS platforms like Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)

$82,900 - $184,500 USD
