What will the Director, Claims Management (Property) do?

This interview is designed to be more detail oriented and allows you to learn more about the role and expected to be 30 minutes in length.

The Director of Claims Management will oversee and lead Coterie's Liability and Property claims teams, ensuring operational excellence, consistent claims-handling practices, and superior customer experience.
This role is responsible for developing claims strategies, managing team performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The Director will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure claims are handled efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with company objectives.

Candidates who meet all the minimum requirements and possess additional relevant experience, as outlined in the job description, may be considered for a salary above the midpoint of the above range.
