Responsibilities
- Access to resources for personal and professional support.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process
- Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance
- As an Admissions Representative, you will connect students with programs that support their goals while consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and enrollment success.

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED
- A ssociates' or higher degree preferred
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios

Compensation
- $22 -$30 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
