About the role

Description DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for a Senior Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions.
Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles from discovery through project completion.
Assist with technical standards, best practices, and solution development within the Modern Workplace practice.

Microsoft 365 Solutions Delivery Lead the planning, implementation, migration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions.
Serve as the technical lead for medium to large customer engagements.
Develop implementation plans, technical documentation, and deployment methodologies.
Lead Microsoft 365 migrations, tenant consolidations, messaging modernization initiatives, and platform optimization projects.
Documentation and Quality Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
Maintain adherence to DGR Systems delivery methodologies and standards.
Collaboration Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and delivery leaders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and provide consultative guidance to customers.
Other duties as required.
Requirements 5+ years of experience in the IT industry with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft 365 solutions.
Deep experience with Exchange Online administration, architecture, and migrations.
Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and email security solutions.
Experience with Microsoft Purview, retention, compliance, governance, and information protection capabilities.
