Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Culture Mentor and develop accounting team members Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a CPA with a strong technical accounting background, experience in SaaS or technology, and familiarity with private equity reporting and lender compliance.
Nice to have
- Active CPA license required Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- MBA or advanced degree a plus 3-5 years total accounting experience, in an accounting leadership role (Controller or Assistant Controller) SaaS or tech industry experience preferred
