- About the role On Belay is seeking a motivated, passionate Care Manager to assist our provider partners' Medicare patients.
Skills
- English fluency is required.
- Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Vietnamese helpful.
Compensation
- Compensation We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on experience.
