The Manager, Client Delivery is responsible for leading a team of technical consultants and business analysts to effectively manage various consulting clients and technical projects.
The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships and working with internal technical staff to implement life reinsurance solutions and services to TAI clients.
Developing and managing sophisticated testing protocol and procedures to ensure base systems and modified code are adequately tested and delivered to clients without defect.

$134,250.00 - $167,800.00 Annual Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location.
In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
