About the role

Requirements

  • MS, or BS degree in life sciences or biotechnology
  • advanced degree desired.
  • 10+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or vaccines industry, with demonstrated skill managing cross-functional timelines, dependencies, risks, governance, and communications.
  • Experience enabling pharma commercial projects through digital tools, platforms, dashboards, and project management systems that improve visibility, coordination, and execution.
  • Experience with direct sales or field commercial models, including non-prescription or buy-and-bill channels
  • Proven influence management and communication skills, at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with Enterprise Planning (ERP) software for resource planning
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project

Skills

  • Establishes meeting governance, including cadence, agendas, decisions, action items, and follow-up.
  • Administers the commercialization risk log, tracking risks, owners, mitigation plans, status, and escalations.
  • Supports capacity planning, demand management, and resource allocation.
  • Develops and maintains selected project management KPIs.
  • Uses performance trends to inform improvements and leadership discussions.
  • Maintains project management processes, tools, templates, and dashboards.
  • Improves visibility into project health, capacity, and outcomes.

Compensation

  • $177,000 - $206,000
  • The compensation package will be competitive and includes comprehensive benefits and an equity component.
