About the role
- The work is physically demanding and requires a full range of motion, including bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- You'll need to be comfortable frequently lifting and carrying materials up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Understand and implement accepted Planning & Scheduling Best Practices
- Interact with the Operations team and represent Clark and its partners in the best manner to owners, subcontractors, and their representatives
- Develop and deliver specialized Planning, Scheduling and other Project Controls training for Clark Corporate University
- Critique, create, and recommend improvements to departmental policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects
- Proven success implementing strategic initiatives
- High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and integrity
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software
- You can expect to be on your feet frequently, navigating active job sites with uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and hoists.
- This role requires the ability to communicate effectively, as well as visual acuity for reading plans and inspecting work.
- Support the development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules with executive management and present to selection committees if required
Nice to have
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline preferred

- For this role the base salary range is 85,000-185,000.
