About the role
- Seaport Entertainment is looking for a Barback to be based in Sadie's.
- Reporting to the General Manager, t he Barback will provide assistance to the bartenders in ensuring that the bar is properly stocked and prepared for service.
- This entails a range of duties, including but not limited to restocking supplies, maintaining and cleaning the bar area, and aiding in the preparation of drinks.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests, serves water, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and performs other steps of service as directed by a bartender.

Requirements
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Nice to have
- 1+ year of experience as a bar attendant, barback or runner.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and passion for food and hospitality.
- Experience serving both beverages and food.
- Must be able to work and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of bar operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10 - 30 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on a regular (or occasional basis).
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Compensation
