About the role

Responsibilities

  • You'll set the direction and drive it through to delivery with Engineering, Design, and Data.
  • Build the primitives once that every Source workstream ships on.
  • Make Source reachable from wherever the work happens. Own the MCP and CLI interfaces so outside agents and scripts get the same capabilities as embedded agents, under the same disclosure and permission model.
  • Ownership in what you help build.
  • Support for every stage of family life.

Requirements

  • BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
  • Have 8+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in AI-powered systems and a track record of owning strategy for large, ambiguous product areas.
  • Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility.

Nice to have
