About the role
- By bringing the advertising past, present, and future into focus, our clients rapidly act on the competitive moves and emerging advertising trends impacting their business.
- This role requires a business-minded attorney who can operate independently, balance legal risk with commercial objectives, and provide practical guidance across teams.
- The ideal candidate understands commercial contracting, is comfortable navigating data privacy and regulatory considerations, and brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Corporate Counsel will serve as a key legal partner to the business, owning and driving the negotiation and execution of a wide range of commercial agreements while helping the company scale efficiently and responsibly.
- Help maintain and improve contract templates, including improving commercial contracting playbooks and workflows.
- Manage ad hoc legal projects and support broader legal team initiatives.
- Ability to independently manage and negotiate commercial contracts including those with customers and vendors.

Requirements
- Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing.
- Attention to detail with a strong understanding of legal and business risks in contracts.
