Responsibilities
- Build relationships with business leaders and truly understand their strategy, key initiatives, and KPIs for success such that you have shared ownership for reaching their goals.
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics solutions, including predictive and prescriptive outputs, insights, and visualizations to enable business users to make better data-driven decisions.
- Develop deep understanding of internal and external data.
- Create appropriate standards and processes to ensure quality and consistency of Decision Intelligence Group solutions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, econometrics, engineering, or other quantitative field of study
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business insights
- Experience working with data science tools (e.g., Databricks)
Nice to have
- Doctorate in data science, statistics, mathematics, econometrics, engineering, or other quantitative field of study
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience with IOT, software-defined customer experiences, private equity backed companies
- This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
