About the role

- Our Orange County attorneys focus primarily on litigation defense, insurance coverage, personal injury, professional liability, and product liability matters.
- This position will be fully on site in our Orange County office.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple attorneys' calendars, including scheduling meetings, court appearances, and appointments
- Prepare, revise, and format legal documents, including pleadings, interrogatories, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Create and update Tables of Contents (TOCs) and Tables of Authorities (TOAs)
- E-file documents in state and federal courts
- Support attorneys with administrative and case management tasks in a high-volume litigation practice
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as a legal secretary supporting attorneys
- Experience with state and federal court filings
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal terminology
- Superb organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
Compensation
- $65,000 - $70,000 USD
