About the role

  • Our Orange County attorneys focus primarily on litigation defense, insurance coverage, personal injury, professional liability, and product liability matters.
  • This position will be fully on site in our Orange County office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple attorneys' calendars, including scheduling meetings, court appearances, and appointments
  • Prepare, revise, and format legal documents, including pleadings, interrogatories, motions, discovery, and correspondence
  • Create and update Tables of Contents (TOCs) and Tables of Authorities (TOAs)
  • E-file documents in state and federal courts
  • Support attorneys with administrative and case management tasks in a high-volume litigation practice

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience as a legal secretary supporting attorneys
  • Experience with state and federal court filings
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal terminology
  • Superb organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook

Compensation

  • $65,000 - $70,000 USD
