About the role
- Innovation Coordinator - Tennessee Charles Lea Center is looking to hire a full-time Innovation Coordinator in Williamson County/Surrounding counties.
- Please note, you do not have to reside in Williamson County but will have to serve Williamson County and surrounding counties.
- An Innovation Coordinator earns a competitive wage of $22.84-$24.04/Hour.
Responsibilities
- By providing an array of supports and by offering nontraditional innovative services, we respect the uniqueness of each person and support individuals with disabilities to live, learn, work, and play.
- This role involves regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and hands-on support.
- This includes residential, employment, and community supports.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- Ability to pass a background check upon hire
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a non-related field and one year of relevant experience
- Associate degree and 2 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or General Equivalent with 4 years of relevant case management experience providing or coordinating services to people with disabilities and special needs and/or with case management services.
