About the role

  • Innovation Coordinator - Tennessee Charles Lea Center is looking to hire a full-time Innovation Coordinator in Williamson County/Surrounding counties.
  • Please note, you do not have to reside in Williamson County but will have to serve Williamson County and surrounding counties.
  • An Innovation Coordinator earns a competitive wage of $22.84-$24.04/Hour.

Responsibilities

  • By providing an array of supports and by offering nontraditional innovative services, we respect the uniqueness of each person and support individuals with disabilities to live, learn, work, and play.
  • This role involves regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and hands-on support.
  • This includes residential, employment, and community supports.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate verbally in English
  • Ability to pass a background check upon hire
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a non-related field and one year of relevant experience
  • Associate degree and 2 years of relevant experience
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalent with 4 years of relevant case management experience providing or coordinating services to people with disabilities and special needs and/or with case management services.
