About the role
- This travel-based role requires flexibility and relocation.
- Field Engineers typically work on projects for about two years before moving to new assignments.
- While we aim to keep projects regional, business needs may require relocation anywhere in the country.
Responsibilities
- Support project teams with site safety, scheduling, cost tracking, quality control, and punch list completion
- Help manage assigned trades or scopes of work from start through final punch
- Provide day-to-day coordination and oversight of subcontractors and trade partners
- Document construction progress through daily and weekly site photos
- Assist the project team as needed to support successful project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
