About the role

Responsibilities
- The work we do and the innovation we drive
- Own output and performance accountability for Traditional Studio, GenAI Studio, and Marketing Production
- Directly manage Motion/Editorial Leads, GenAI Lead, and Associate Director of Studio; set creative and technical standards across all three studios
- Own all live-action shoot execution across the studio's work
- Own motion graphics, configurators, website motion, social, and at-scale content production
- Partner with account-aligned Creative Directors to shape ideas based on the brief, bringing a deep TVC production background to the collaboration
- Build/maintain custom tooling (code) for scaled content production and complex VFX pipelines
- Partner with talent agencies, production studios, and freelancers to build ideal team composition for each shoot
- Serve as final creative eye and technical supervisor over post-production (owned day-to-day by Motion/Editorial Leads) - grounded in a VFX compositing, color, and technical filmmaking background
- Own commercial approach for how studio services are packaged and priced across client and internal engagements

Compensation
- The offered salary range is CAD 144k - 173k annually, depending on experience and location.
