About the role

As a case manager, you'll work directly with clients to help them access services and resources as they progress through substance use disorder treatment.
Most of your time will be spent meeting with clients to complete intakes, identify their individual recovery needs, connecting them to appropriate services and resources, and helping them navigate those resources.
You'll have the opportunity to grow with us, and work with patients from across the state.

This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of client care and builds rapport, and who works well in a collaborative team environment.
