About the role

Serving individuals aged 5-21 across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, our network of K-12 schools provides personalized education tailored to each student's unique learning style.
This leader ensures that school and program operations run efficiently and in full regulatory compliance, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and organizational effectiveness across all programs and services.

Required: A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in regional operations, multi-site management, or organizational leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Required: Strong operational, financial, and leadership capabilities.
Required: Proven experience with budget management, regulatory compliance, and organizational operations.
Required: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Regional - travel required between program sites within the assigned region.

Experience leading growth, expansion, or organizational change initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data systems or EMRs related to operational reporting and data analytics.
Physical Requirements Occasionally required to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
Frequent sitting, walking, speaking, and listening.
Must be able to use a computer and standard office equipment.
Visual and manual dexterity sufficient to read and write.
Master's degree preferred.
Preferred: Experience leading growth, expansion, or organizational change initiatives.
